1. For a small value of less than USD 20, we can arrange a free sample, but the buyer should cover the express shipping cost.
2. For a customized product, the buyer should pay the sample cost in advance, and the sample cost can be refunded when the bulk order is placed.
3. For the free sample, we usually pick up from stock randomly, just for reference.
4. Sample delivery time is around two or three days if the stock is available. For the customized item, the delivery time depends on the detailed needs.
5. For the sample express delivery cost, the buyer can pay the shipping cost by PayPal. If the buyer has a courier account, we can send the sample as per the buyer’s account.
